Our bi-weekly maintenance plan is great for any size yard. Our lawn care experts will come out every other week. Our service is made to keep your lawn maintained for the two weeks between service.
3-Weekly
Our 3-Weekly maintenance services is a great choice if your grass doesn’t grow fast. Mowing Plus can work with you to maintain your yard clean like never before.
HOW WE CARE FOR YOUR YARD
Mowing
Our crew will come out on the day of your scheduled maintenance and cut your lawn perfectly. We have top of the line equipment that is maintained on a regular basis to ensure a fresh cut each time. Our crews at Mowing Plus has experience caring for every kind of grass, so no matter what is growing in your lawn, we’ve got you covered.
Grass Edging, Weed Eating and Trimming
Mowing Plus knows that grass grows quickly and our trimming service will keep it away from where it does not belong. We will edge along walkways, driveways, patios, stonework, garden beds, fence lines, the perimeter of your home and any other features that your yard may have.
Yard Blowing
Mowing Plus will blow away yard debris such as leaves, grass clippings, and dirt to keep your yard clean. We make sure that all of your surfaces like patios, walkways, driveways and paths are clear for your enjoyment.
Mowing service includes Mow, Edge, Blow on concrete areas
–Weed eating the outside of the most flowerbed borders.
–Weed eating to uncover stepping stones, weed eating along walkways, driveways, etc.
We schedule Weekly, Bi-weekly, and we can offer a 3 Week schedule if the grass is not growing at a fast pace, during March to November( However, overgrown lawns are subject to extra charges).
Weekly or Bi-weekly mowing is recommended during peak growth periods (May-Sept). It can help to avoid issues related to tall grass such as hard time processing the extra debris, which can result in clumping on your lawn. If you think your lawn does not need to be mowed at any time, you can change or skip your schedule mow with at least a 24-hour notice.
In winter you can schedule it every 4 weeks or you can contact us for winter service as needed ( Rate will be the as in season rate).
Mow day is guaranteed unless delayed by weather or equipment failure. We can’t guarantee the time mowers arrive. Time can change due to weather, traffic, or route selection, etc.
Gates will need to be unlocked the day your mowing is scheduled , or if you have a combination code you can let us know the combination code.
Pets: We ask for you to please keep pets inside when mowing is being done for safety of workers and your pets. We try to keep pets inside your property but not responsible if they leave your residence.
Please keep yard clean of any any dog droppings.
Lot Size: We can mow back or front (Most of the times front only on a regular lot is charged for small size rate. To determine the lot size we will send someone to give an estimate. ( Sometimes we can give you an estimate over phone.)
Our pricing is based on the size of your yard and how often we come to mow your lawn. We also do half acres.
We take pride in your belongings so please keep your yard clear on the day of your lawn service. ( Toys, water hoses, trash, etc.)
